What
An Artifact created from an Artifact type cannot be published to from the current session. There is now a refusal message for this. It says nothing was published, the Artifact is unchanged, and retrying cannot help, and it tells Claude to let you know the Artifact can't be changed from this session.
Why
Claude gets a clear instruction to stop trying and explain the situation to you, instead of retrying something that cannot work.
