Skills synced from claude.ai can be run as slash commands. When another command already uses a skill's name, Claude Code shows a notice. That notice has changed:
It no longer has a separate "Anthropic's skill" wording; it always says "your claude.ai skill"
Several clashes are now folded into one sentence instead of one notice each
One hint to rename or delete covers all of your own skills causing the clash
Why
If several of your synced skills are blocked, you get one readable notice rather than a list.
