What
Skills are reusable instructions that Claude can run as slash commands, and some are synced into Claude Code from elsewhere. When a synced skill cannot run because another command already uses its name, Claude Code tells you.
That message used to always say "your claude.ai skill". It now says "Anthropic's skill" when the skill is one of Anthropic's synced skills, and still says "your claude.ai skill" otherwise. The summary shown when several skills clash at once uses the same wording.
Why
The message now names the right owner of the skill that lost its name. This suggests that skills provided by Anthropic are synced alongside the ones from your claude.ai account.
