The /copy picker and command list change in screen-reader mode

The /copy picker, which lets you choose a code block or the whole response to copy, uses a new list and now behaves differently when screen-reader mode is on:

• The hint for pressing Enter to copy is not shown.
• Pressing w writes the full response to a file.

With screen-reader mode off, w still writes whichever item is selected. The list of slash commands also shows as a plain column in screen-reader mode instead of a scrolling selector.
