Plugin marketplace picker and cloud /skills dialog use a shared list design

Two lists now use the same list component:

  • /plugin marketplace picker: each marketplace shows its name, counts such as "N plugins available" and "N already installed", and its source as a description, instead of hand-drawn rows with a pointer.
  • /skills in a cloud session: the dialog uses the shared list, and has another mode that shows a plain column and hides the "↑↓ navigate" hint.
Why

This is mostly about making lists look and behave the same. The plain column mode may be for accessibility or for display without interaction.
