When folder sync cannot open the folder itself, it now shows its own message: the folder could not be opened for reading, and asks whether it was moved, renamed or replaced by a link, or whether its permissions were changed. Before, this ended in the general message that the folder could not be written into its local store.

The error now points to the likely cause, so it is easier to fix.
