When one of the uploads from your machine to a cloud session cannot be used, Claude Code tells Claude that the working folder stays as it is and that it should not create project files you did not ask for. That note no longer adds that your machine has been asked to send the files again and that a later turn will bring them. A new "refused" reason was also added for when the sync storage is full.
Why
Claude no longer tells you your files are on their way when they may not be.
