Saving the transcript now waits until every pending write is done

When Claude Code saves pending changes to the session transcript (the file holding the conversation record), it now keeps going until no writes are left waiting. Before, it waited once and could return while newer writes were still queued.

Removing a message, compacting the conversation, or a failed write now also clears the bookkeeping Claude Code keeps about what has already been written.
