What
Some dialogs ask you to approve something, such as a request from a connected tool to open a web link. Two things changed:
The link dialog now ignores keys pressed too soon after it appears, as other such dialogs already did. Before, it accepted input at once.
These dialogs now reserve rows on the screen. In fullscreen, the inline version reserves half the rows. Outside fullscreen, a few extra rows are kept for the visible prompt.
Why
If you are typing when the dialog pops up, your keystrokes are less likely to approve it by accident.
