What
When something refuses to run because you are in a linked worktree (an extra working folder attached to the same Git repository), the advice now says to start from an ordinary clone of the repository. It previously said to start from the repository's main checkout. The same advice is already given for folder layouts that are not supported.
Why
Following the old advice by moving to the main checkout may no longer work for this flow. An ordinary clone is the suggested starting point now.
