What
Print mode is how Claude Code runs without its interactive screen, for example from a script. A permission prompt can wait there for an answer from elsewhere. When the answer arrives, Claude Code now first marks the prompt as cleared. If it is already clearing that prompt, it drops the extra copy and writes "Dropping a copy of the parked permission's answer" to its log.
Why
This stops one permission decision from being applied twice in SDK or remote sessions.
