When you approve watching an artifact, Claude Code records that approval. The update that saved it used to replace Claude Code's running state with unrelated data from the tool call, rather than changing just the one approval setting. It now updates the current state properly.

The old behaviour could corrupt the state Claude Code keeps while running.
