What
When Claude Code loads plugins from a folder on disk, it now collects the results of a check on reserved skill names. Reserved skill names are names set aside that ordinary skills should not use. The check records whether the desktop app wrapper marked those names. Claude Code sends this as a usage report (telemetry) once per run.
Why
This is reporting only. Plugins and skills behave the same as before.
