Claude Code now reads the environment variable CLAUDE_CODE_REMOTE_TOOLS_SPECULATIVE_CLASSIFIER. The check that reads it returns "no" whichever way the variable is set, so it currently changes nothing. A related remote setting, tengu_violin_bassbar, has a helper defined for it that nothing calls.
Setting this variable does nothing in this release; both pieces look like preparation for remote-tools work that has not shipped.
