WebFetch, the tool Claude uses to read web pages, now keeps track of each address it fetches and short fingerprints of the requests made with it, up to 32 per address. It reports this as usage data (tengu_web_fetch_dedup_shadow), including:
- whether the page was already cached
- whether it was a repeat fetch, and how long since the previous one
- whether the request and the agent asking were the same
- how the result was produced:

This is measurement only. Fetch results are the same as before.
