It reports this as usage data (`tengu_web_fetch_dedup_shadow`), including:\n\n- whether the page was already cached\n\n- whether it was a repeat fetch, and how long since the previous one\n\n- whether the request and the agent asking were the same\n\n- how the result was produced: `agent_raw`, `raw_markdown` or `secondary_model`\n\n**Why**\n\nThis is measurement only.
