What
The resume picker is the screen where you choose an earlier conversation to continue. It now passes the thinking-display flag (thinkingDisplayFlag) on to the resumed session, so the display choice you started Claude Code with carries over.
Resuming from the picker also runs some new steps on the loaded session, one of which depends on a "declined" answer from another helper.
Why
A session you resume through the picker should now show thinking the same way as the rest of your session, instead of losing the setting you launched with.
