When work is being synced from another machine partway through a turn (one round of Claude responding), Claude Code tells the model about it. That notice now adds "read it on that machine meanwhile". The full wording is "you are told when it lands; read it on that machine meanwhile". The text is added while Claude Code runs, and the main system prompt is unchanged.
Why
The model is now told it can look at the changes on the remote machine instead of waiting for the sync to finish.
