A tool call can target your attached computer before Claude Code knows which tools that computer offers. The error in that case now says "The user's computer is not ready yet". It gives possible reasons:
it may still be connecting
running tools for cloud sessions may be switched off on it
the session may not have been able to verify it

The message now points to a setting you can check, running tools for cloud sessions, instead of leaving the cause unclear.
