Commands and skills that come from a plugin (an add-on package for Claude Code) now carry a pluginSource record. It holds:
- the command's name
- the file it was loaded from and its base folder
- the source's name
- the plugin's manifest (its description file) and location
- whether it is a skill
- its configuration

Claude Code now keeps track of exactly where each plugin command or skill came from.
