Nested memory files with identical content are not re-attached

Memory files, such as CLAUDE.md, hold instructions Claude reads automatically. Files in subfolders are picked up when Claude works in those folders. When Claude Code loads one of these subfolder memory files, it now compares it with a known copy for the same path. If the content matches once blank space at the start and end is ignored, the file is marked as loaded and recorded as already read. It does not add another nested_memory attachment, and no telemetry event (usage data sent back to Anthropic) is recorded for it.
