When those cannot be loaded, Claude Code shows "Your organization requires remote managed settings to load, but they could not be loaded." followed by advice. The advice now comes in two versions:
- In one situation it ends with "You can check your network connection or contact your admin."
- Otherwise it still reads "Run

Why
In the situation that gets the shorter wording, signing in again is no longer offered as a fix, so check your network or ask your admin.
