What
Slash commands are commands you type starting with /. While you type, a suggestion list highlights a matching command. Some commands are hidden, meaning they do not appear in that list. Before, a highlighted suggestion for a different command could get in the way. Now, when the command you typed is a hidden one, Claude Code runs it even if a different command is highlighted.
Why
Typing a hidden command in full now runs that command instead of being blocked by whatever the suggestion list shows.
