The code for three gated features moved or was reformatted, and none of their fallbacks changed. A gate is a server-controlled switch, and its fallback is the value used when the server gives no answer.
In an earlier release, the flag server returned on for tengu_cowork_chrome_automode_default, both for this site's account and for the anonymous baseline, even though its fallback is off. No reading has been taken under this release yet.
