Sometimes a file edit is staged, meaning held for approval, instead of being applied straight away. The message Claude Code sends back to the model in that case now takes a stagedWording value, which defaults to "review".
Why
The same staging message can now be worded for different situations. Without another value, it keeps describing the change as waiting for review.
