Two dialogs now respond to Ctrl+C and Ctrl+D the same way other dialogs do:
- 'What do you want to do?'
- 'Review rules that skip checks'
Why
The usual key presses for getting out of a dialog now behave the same way in these two dialogs as everywhere else.
