A new set of functions builds "reminder" blocks that are inserted into the conversation instead of being baked directly into the system prompt: NBt for environment snapshots, FBt/H4n for output-style guidance, and BBt for combined output-style and language instructions (output_style_instructions and language). This is part of a "carved slate" static system prompt mode that ships enabled by default.
The reminders only run when the helper _d() returns true; _d() reads staticSystemPromptEnabled, which is set from an environment variable with a feature-flag fallback. Injection is further gated by vxe(e), which bails out if a separate env var indicates "simple" mode or if e.options.bareFork is set, and requires the agent to be a main/teammate agent or a subagent that is the main session.
