File-consent descriptors now carry a contentWithheld flag through the remote permission dialog path so the dialog can indicate content wasn't shown, rather than assuming content is always present. Notebook previews that exceed the byte cap now resolve to a null notebook with a tooLargeForPreview flag, which the dialog reads directly instead of inferring the state.
