The /ultrareview command now supports a PR review mode that shows different messaging depending on whether you're reviewing a specific PR or the current branch:
PR mode: "Reviewing PR #123 fetched from GitHub."
Branch mode: "Reviewing current branch against main."
New tip: "Tip: run /ultrareview (no number) to review your current branch instead." / "Tip: run /ultrareview <PR number> to fetch and review a specific GitHub PR instead."
PR field queries now include additions,deletions for richer review context
