A Claude Code feature flag, read out of the shipped bundle.
It has been in the build since v2.1.163, including the newest one read.
Default false. Turns on the reworked /config panel: some setting labels change (for example Verbose in place of Verbose output), rows such as Notifications and Agents view are added, and the setting list is regrouped. In interactive sessions /vim and /output-style become hidden commands that say they moved to /config, and the standalone /output-style command is disabled.
Not Anthropic's. Written by Claude Opus 5.5 from reading the v2.1.286 bundle, and it can be wrong.
