It has been in the build since v2.1.178, including the newest one read.
When true, shared memory stores (team and user scopes) are not resynced on a timer. Without it, the interval comes from the tengu_memory_store_resync_interval_minutes flag (default 60, at least 1; a value of 0 or below also turns resync off).
Not Anthropic's. Written by Claude Opus 5.5 from reading the v2.1.286 bundle, and it can be wrong.
