If each wheel notch moves fewer lines than you want, run `/scroll-speed` to raise the number of lines per notch and save it, or set the `CLAUDE_CODE_SCROLL_SPEED` environment variable, except in the JetBrains IDE terminal, where Claude Code applies its own scroll handling and neither takes effect. 87When [sandboxing](/docs/en/sandboxing) is on, clipboard utilities such as `pbcopy`, `xclip`, and `wl-copy` can fail to reach the system clipboard from inside a sandboxed Bash command, leaving your clipboard unchanged after Claude pipes text to them.

89To put Claude's output on your clipboard, ask Claude to print the content in its response, then run [`/copy`](/docs/en/commands). `/copy` writes to the clipboard from the Claude Code process itself rather than from a sandboxed command, so sandboxing doesn't block it. It can copy a single code block instead of the whole response, and it also writes what it copied to a file and prints the path, which gives you a fallback when the clipboard write doesn't reach your terminal, for example over SSH.

91To let a piped command reach the clipboard directly instead, add `pbcopy *`, `wl-copy *`, or `xclip *` to [`excludedCommands`](/docs/en/settings-reference#sandbox-excludedcommands) so the command runs outside the sandbox.
