The full HTML generation for "Claude Code Insights" reports was removed from the CLI bundle. If you used /insights to generate local HTML reports, this functionality may have moved to the web interface.
The /resume command now filters out loop sessions and entrypoint-based sessions from the resume picker (search for "filtered from /resume").
