Worktree names are now validated with strict rules for allowed characters and length.

- Names must contain only letters, digits, dots, underscores, and dashes
- Maximum length of 64 characters
- Cannot be empty,
".", or".." - Parameter description updated: "Optional name for the worktree (letters, digits, dots, underscores, dashes only; max 64 chars)."
