Details
- When triggered, launches a remote session with the PR diff
- Polls remote session for events every 1 second, with 30-minute timeout
- Delivers review findings via task-notification when complete
- Includes session cleanup (delete/archive) after completion
- Falls back to local review if remote launch fails
- Produces notification: "Remote review session launched. Review output will arrive as a task-notification when complete."
