Stale Agent Worktree Cleanup

Agent worktrees that are no longer active are now automatically cleaned up.

Details
  • Worktrees with no uncommitted changes and no unpushed commits are removed
  • The current session's worktree is never cleaned up
  • Cleanup runs git worktree prune after removal
  • Logged as: cleanupStaleAgentWorktrees: removed N stale worktree(s)
