SDK Enhancements

New agentProgressSummaries SDK init option for enabling progress summary reporting from agents
New applied field in settings response showing runtime-resolved model and effort values (as opposed to effective which only shows disk-merged values)
Task progress summaries now include a summary field in the SDK schema
supportsAutoMode field added to model information schema
