Background Workflows [In Development]

What

Infrastructure for a new "local_workflow" task type that tracks background workflow execution with dedicated status line display.

Status

Infrastructure added but the trigger mechanism is not yet exposed.

Details

New task type local_workflow alongside existing local_agent and remote_agent
Status line shows "1 background workflow" or "N background workflows" count
The spinner component displays " · N in background" when workflows are running
