DisclaimerUnofficial, and not affiliated with Anthropic. Nearly all of this is read straight out of what ships: npm bundles, captured prompts, published docs. Anthropic's own notes go in verbatim, marked as theirs. The rest is my reading, and every entry carries the strings behind it. If one looks wrong, vote it down and say why.

"Kill" Terminology Changed to "Stop"

Background agent management now uses softer language throughout the UI:

  • "Press ctrl+f again to kill background agents" → "Press ctrl+f again to stop background agents"
  • "Background agents were killed by the user" → "Background agents were stopped by the user"
  • Agent status label changed from "Killed" to "Stopped"
  • Command keywords: kill agentsstop agents, kill all agentsstop all agents
Evidence

Terminology change (search for "stop agents") replacing old (search for "kill agents")

Strings lifted out of the shipped bundle, so the claim above can be checked against them.
