What
When Claude has used up its allowance of web searches, Claude Code tells it so. That message already forbade getting around the limit with curl or wget, third-party readers, proxies and archives. It now also forbids querying search engines in a browser or through a computer-use tool, a tool that lets Claude operate a computer's screen, mouse and keyboard.
Why
Claude should stop searching once the allowance is gone instead of finding another route to a search engine.
