Unclear It is unclear when a fetched page is served from a stored copy instead of the live site.
What
When Claude Code fetches a web page, a helper reads the page and reports what it says. That helper now has an instruction about pages that come from a stored copy rather than the live site. It must give the date of that copy in its report. It must not fetch the page again in the hope of getting a newer one.
Why
A fetched page may be a saved copy rather than the current live page. With this instruction, the report tells you how old the copy is.
