What
The sandbox limits which network hosts commands can reach. Claude Code gives the model a short explanation of it. That explanation used to be one generic text, and now it changes depending on which shell tools are sandboxed: Bash, PowerShell, or both.
The new text tells the model that when a host is blocked, it should name the blocked host to you rather than run the command outside the sandbox. Claude Code can also now pick the blocked host and port out of the sandbox's refusal messages.
This only applies when sandboxing is turned on.
Why
When a network request is refused, you are more likely to be told exactly which host was blocked, so you can decide whether to allow it.
