When you hit a rate limit, Claude Code can add an extra line to the message about credits and limits. Before, that line appeared only when a request was rejected under a spend limit. It now also appears under a set of other conditions. The line itself is the same in both cases, and Claude Code records which of the two cases led to it.
Why
More people may now see this extra line when they reach a limit.
