What
A repository trust question asks whether you trust the files in a folder before Claude Code acts on them. When Claude Code runs as a cloud client with no screen of its own, it sometimes cannot pass that question on to the program hosting it.
Before, it logged one generic warning in every such case. It now logs a specific reason. When the host shows that no device is attached to answer, Claude Code shows a notice telling you to answer the question elsewhere.
