When Claude Code uses a spawn mode you saved earlier for the current folder, it now prints a line naming the mode it used. In an interactive terminal the line ends with "press w to change". Before, the saved mode was used without any message.

A choice you saved once and forgot about is now visible each time, along with how to change it.
