What
Claude Code has a tool for publishing a plugin to your organization. The instructions it gives Claude about that tool now cover two more results:
If the result says the plugin can only be published from claude.ai, Claude does not try again.
If the result says an earlier submission is still waiting for review, Claude tries again only if you ask, after you have withdrawn that submission on claude.ai.
Before, the instructions covered only replacing a plugin and the case where the version was not the current one.
Why
Claude should stop retrying a publish that cannot succeed and should point you to claude.ai when that is the only place to act.
