When you try to publish a plugin and Claude Code refuses, the messages are more specific:
Already pending: instead of only saying a submission is already pending review, the message now explains that you can withdraw the earlier submission on claude.ai.
Installs for members: a new message says that a plugin published under this name may be installed automatically for some or all of your organization's members, and that such a plugin can only be published from claude.ai.

When a publish is blocked, you now learn what to do next instead of only that it failed.
