What

A permission request is Claude Code asking you before it uses a tool, such as running a command. Sometimes a request is left over, for example when a session is resumed before the request was answered. When Claude Code handles such a leftover request, tools you have disallowed now stay blocked.

The information behind a permission prompt can now also say whether the grant applies outside the sandbox, the fenced-off area where Claude Code runs commands with limits.

Why

Tools you have blocked remain blocked even in these leftover-request turns.
