The Claude Code Doctor asks whether to clean up after its checks. That question used to always cover checks 0-4 and 7. It can now cover checks 0-4, 7 and 10 instead, and check 10 may edit files that are checked into your repository. When that condition does not apply, the question still covers 0-4 and 7.
