What
A worktree is an extra checkout of a git repository in its own folder, and agents can use them to work separately. When Claude Code cleans up old agent worktrees, the removal step now receives an extra option about worktrees that are kept inside another folder. Before, it received no options.
Why
This is likely meant to stop the cleanup from touching worktrees that live inside a folder that should be left alone.
